Danny Spangler with Ice is nice, representing the Mccall Chamber and the Mccall Winter carnival.Danny has carved Ice and snow for 27 years competing in McCall since 2001. Winning various prizes from 1st place to honorable mention. Danny owns and operates Ice is Nice out of the Boise area where he was born and raised.
