Today, the 2016 Downtown Tater Trot starts! Now through New Year’s Eve, fill up your Player Card with stickers from 10 different participating downtown businesses.

It is FREE to attend, and is a whole lot of fun to play! Plus you get to learn about and support local businesses, find great special deals from these businesses, AND you can win some awesome prizes!

The Mountain America Family Tent

Stay warm this New Year’s Eve in the Mountain America Credit Union Heated Family Tent!
Opening at 1PM, enjoy educational and interactive activities for the whole family to enjoy.
There will be entertainment with various performers and from 3:00PM-8PM.
From 8:00PM-9:00PM there will be Family Zumba with Mrs. Kuna United States 2017- JoLyn Glascock.
And from 9:00PM-Midnight Mix & Mingle! The tent turns into a dance floor, for you to dance the rest of 2016 away with us!

Toyota Rail Jam

We are SO EXCITED for The Toyota Rail Jam at the Idaho® Potato Drop!!
Ryan Neptune and Gateway Parks are building the Snow Park this week, and coordinating a USASA (United States of America Snowboard and Freeski Association) sanctioned 1-hour pre-qualifier event within the 6-hour Rail Jam.
Locals and professionals from around the country will be competing here.
Ski Idaho will be blowing snow in Capitol Park this week to build the Toyota Rail Jam. Thank you to SUEZ Water Idaho for donating the water for blowing snow this year!
Toyota USA and your local Toyota dealers present Free Open Ride from 5:00PM until 6:00PM. Come down and test your skills this New Year’s Eve! The USASA sanctioned Pre-Qualifier event starts at 8:15PM… don’t miss it!

This New Year’s Eve, join us and our headline band: Jeff Crosby and the Refugees, as we welcome 2017 with open arms!
At 6:00PM Jeff Crosby and Natalie Jangula will perform the Star-Spangled Banner during the Potato Rise, hosted by the Idaho Housing and Finance Association, to raise money and awareness for
Jeff plays again on the University of Idaho, College of Agricultural & Life Sciences Main Stage at 10:30PM and continues through midnight with a performance with the Off Center Dance Project.
